Fill the base
Cold water until the stem sits about 2cm under the surface. Any deeper and the draw goes heavy.

Pack the bowl
Fluff the shisha and fill to just below the rim — packed loose, never pressed down.

Foil & heat
Wrap it tight, prick an even ring of holes, then set two or three lit coals around the edge.

Purge & pull
Give it two minutes, blow the first stale draw out through the purge, then you're running.

No — Emerald, Ruby, Lapis and Obsidian are the same hookah, the same kit and the same R1499. The only difference is the finish, so pick on looks alone.
It's a compact, portable build rather than a full-height lounge hookah, and the presentation case is padded for carrying — it's made to go to a mate's place and come back in one piece.
Not yet. Shisha, foil and coals are sold separately and aren't in our range right now — the NIFTY works with any standard flavour and coal you already buy.
Empty and rinse the base after every session, run warm water through the stem and hose, and let everything dry fully before it goes back in the case. Skip the dishwasher and harsh detergents.
